why would i want blu-ray i hear you ask ? well as a fellow collector it is as
natural a progression as the stereo lp was to the 78rpm disc.
i have resisted selling blu-ray till now for two main reasons the price of
the players and the price of discs.
but players are now below £150 and discs are also dropping weekly.
so what are the advantages to changing to blue-ray, well there are many
first of all by connecting your new br player to your hd ready flat screen
via a hdmi cable you will see an immediate improvement in the quality
of you existing dvd collection.
new discs being listed in this section over the next few months will
have 5 times the capacity of a normal dvd and later we will have discs
with 10 times and even greater.
this will mean that some titles that we offer say in a 5 disc set will
be on one blu-ray disc and later up to a 10 disc set will be on one disc.
